How do I get to The Box?
We’re located at 4–6 Ram Place, London, E9 6LT, a very short walk from Hackney Central, Homerton and Hackney Wick stations.
If you're driving, there are pay-and-display bays on Chatham Place and some of the other surrounding roads. The car park at Tesco on Morning Lane - only 2 minutes away - can also be used by active Tesco shoppers (time restrictions apply - please check signage at the car park.)
Do I need to be a member to visit?
Yes. All visitors need to be a member of The Box to attend our in-store sales. Membership is completely free and takes just a few moments to join. Once you’re signed up, you can download your membership pass from your account and present it when you arrive.
Do I need a ticket?
Tickets are only required for the first day of most sales. You can book a ticket through the relevant sale page once you're logged in. Walk-ins are welcome too, although there may be a wait at busy times. After the first day, our sales are generally open for walk-ins without a ticket.
What are your opening hours?
Our opening hours vary depending on the sale, so we recommend checking the individual sale page before visiting. You can also follow us on Instagram for the latest updates, including opening times and queue information.

Our upcoming sales are listed on our website, with details including the brand, dates and location. Become a free member and sign up for sale alerts to be the first to hear when new sales go live, both online and in-store.
