THE BOX LONDON IN-STORE PRIZE DRAW

Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
1.1. The promoter is The Box London Limited, company number 10561616, with its
address at 4–6 Ram Place, London, E9 6LT (“The Box”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

2. Promotion Period
2.1. The prize draw opens at 11:00 on 1 October 2026 and closes at 5:00pm on 4
October 2026 (UK time) (“Promotion Period”).
2.2. The prize draw opens at 11:00 on 1 October 2026 and closes at 5:00pm on 4
October 2026. Any qualifying purchase made during the Promotion Period will
automatically receive one entry.
2.3. Purchases made before 1 October 2026 or after 5:00pm on 4 October 2026 will
not qualify for entry.
3. Eligibility
3.1. The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who are UK
residents.
3.2. Employees of The Box London Limited, their immediate families, and anyone
professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
4.1 To qualify for entry, an entrant must spend a minimum of £100 on eligible
purchases at The Box London during the Promotion Period.
4.2 Spend may be made across multiple transactions during the Promotion Period
and will be aggregated for the purpose of determining eligibility.
4.3 Each individual customer may receive a maximum of one entry into the prize
draw, regardless of their total qualifying spend.
4.4. The qualifying spend is based on the final amount paid for eligible goods in the
transaction, after any discounts have been applied.
4.5. Gift cards and vouchers do not count towards the £100 qualifying spend.
4.6. If a qualifying purchase is subsequently returned, cancelled or refunded in full,
the corresponding entry will become invalid. If part of a qualifying purchase is
returned and the remaining value falls below £100, the corresponding entry will
also become invalid.
4.7. The Box reserves the right to verify proof of purchase and eligibility before
awarding the prize.

5. The Prize
5.1. There will be one winner.
5.2. The winner will receive:
• a £250 voucher to spend at The Box London; and
• one VIP Shopping Session at a future The Box London sale.
5.3. The £250 voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be used towards purchases made at The Box London, either in person or during The Box London online sales.
5.4. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person or
resold.
5.5. The VIP Shopping Session is a one-time opportunity for the winner to attend
one upcoming The Box London sale before that sale opens to the public.
5.6. The winner may select any The Box London sale taking place between the date
on which they are notified that they have won and 1 October 2027, subject to the
selected sale taking place as scheduled.
5.7. The winner must confirm their chosen sale in writing to The Box in advance of
the relevant sale.
5.8. The VIP Shopping Session may only be used once and cannot be transferred,
exchanged for cash or substituted for another benefit.
5.9. The VIP Shopping Session does not guarantee the availability of any particular
product, brand, size or item. All stock remains subject to availability.
5.10. The date and time of the VIP Shopping Session will be agreed between the
winner and The Box and will take place before the relevant sale opens to the
public.
5.11. If a selected sale is cancelled or materially changed by The Box, the winner
may select another eligible sale taking place before 1 October 2027.
5.12. The VIP Shopping Session must be used by 1 October 2027 and cannot be
carried forward beyond this date.

6. Winner Selection
6.1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the
Promotion Period.
6.2. The winner will be selected using a verifiably random process or under the
supervision of an independent observer.
6.3. The Box will retain appropriate evidence of the winner selection process.

7. Notification of the Winner
7.1. The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided to The Box in
connection with their qualifying purchase.
7.2. The Box will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner.
7.3. The winner must respond within 14 days of the first notification.
7.4. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days, or is found
to be ineligible, The Box reserves the right to select an alternative winner at
random from the remaining valid entries.
7.5. The prize will be awarded within 30 days of the winner successfully confirming
their eligibility and accepting the prize.

8. Winner Publicity
8.1. The Box may make available information indicating that a valid prize award has
taken place, which may ordinarily include the winner's surname.
8.2. Entrants may object to, or request a reduction in, the amount of personal
information made publicly available by contacting The Box at the address set out
below.
8.3. If an entrant objects to publication or requests a reduction in the information
published, The Box may nevertheless be required to provide information to the
Advertising Standards Authority if requested.

9. General
9.1. The prize is as described and there is no cash alternative.
9.2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged.
9.3. The Box reserves the right to disqualify any entry which it reasonably believes
does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or has been made fraudulently.
9.4. The Box reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where
circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary. Any such
change will only be made where reasonably necessary and will not unfairly
disadvantage entrants.
9.5. The Box will not be responsible for any failure to receive an entry or for any
technical, administrative or other failure beyond its reasonable control.
9.6. By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms &
Conditions.
9.7. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and
are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Data Protection

10.1. Personal information collected in connection with the prize draw will be used
for the purposes of administering the promotion, including verifying entries,
selecting and contacting the winner and fulfilling the prize.
10.2. Personal information will be handled in accordance with The Box London
Limited's applicable privacy policy.
10.3. Entering the prize draw does not automatically subscribe participants to
marketing communications unless they have separately consented to receive
them.
