Sample Sale Guidelines

We issue time slots for the first day of sales. You can book a time slot on the event page for each sale and will be asked to show your email confirmation when you arrive. Only one person per booking can enter. If you’d like to shop with a friend or family member, they will have to book a ticket in their name. We also allow walk-ins on the first day of sales, but the wait times can vary. All other sale days are open on a first-come-first-serve basis, so customers are welcome to stop by any time during our opening hours.

Coats, jackets and bags will need to be checked into the cloakroom, so we advise to travel light. Personal items such a mobile phones and wallets do not have to be checked in and we can provide a small carrier bag if it's helpful.

We have a final sale policy at all of our sample sales whereby we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes. There are private changing rooms where items can be tried on before purchasing. 

There are no stairs in our building so our shop floor is easily accessible.
