Sample Sale Guidelines

As a response to the Covid-19 pandemic, we updated some of our sample sale guidelines. For the most part the shopping experience has remained the same as before but we have taken necessary safety measures to protect our staff and customers, which is our top priority. 

This includes the introduction of time slots for the first day of sales to limit the number of people visiting at once. You will need to book a time slot on the event pages and show your email confirmation when you arrive. Only one person per booking can enter. If you’d like to shop with a friend or family member, they will have to book a ticket in their name.

We clean all touch points regularly and protective screens are in place at the tills and cloakroom desk. Hand sanitiser is provided in the store for staff and customers to use. We also advise that face masks should be worn.

As with all of our sales, coats and large bags will need to be checked into the cloakroom, so we advise to travel light.

We have a final sale policy at all of our sample sales whereby we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes.

We would ask that if you are unwell or have tested positive for the coronavirus, that you do not attend our sales to prevent the spread to other customers and to our staff.
