Delivery and Returns

As well as hosting sample sales in store, The BOX also hosts sample sales online.

The following terms apply for online orders:



You can collect an order in store by selecting the Pick Up option at checkout. Orders will be picked and ready for collection within 24 hours of them being placed. There is no fee for this option but please ensure you are able to visit us during our sale opening hours, which vary for each sale. Please check our opening times on our website before you visit and you will need to show your order confirmation when you arrive. 

Please ensure you are able to collect your order within 7 days of that sale ending.



If you cannot collect your order you will need to select the Ship option. Your order will be dispatched within 4-5 working days (please note this excludes weekends and bank holidays). Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) our team may face some delays but we will try our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once an item is dispatched it will be delivered the next working day.

We ship all orders through registered, recorded delivery via DPD. All parcels are insured for loss or damage. We only ship to UK addresses and the cost is £8 per order.



In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your online purchase, you can request to return items within 14 days of delivery.

This is subject to certain exceptions. Final sale items are indicated on the product pages on our website and this applies to categories including but not limited to: pierced jewellery and underwear.

If the item is eligible for a refund please email us at to request this. The delivery cost for returned orders is non-refundable and will be deducted from the amount paid back for the returned order. 

You can either return an item in store free of charge or you will need to arrange a delivery with DPD at your own cost, who can provide us with a time slot for the delivery.

Please make sure that any items being returned are:

• Unused (with any tags still attached)

• In original packaging

• In a resalable condition

Once we have received the item we will refund your money to the original payment method. If you paid on card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

All items purchased in store are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
